3. Verification Process
We may request additional information to verify account ownership and prevent unauthorized deletions.
4. Processing Timeline
We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete eligible deletion actions within 30 days unless legal retention obligations apply.
5. Silent Systems vs. FitPanel Data
Silent Systems can delete data held in systems we control. If data is held by FitPanel operators, we will route your request to the appropriate controller and confirm the handoff.
6. Confirmation
After completion, we send written confirmation summarizing what was deleted and what, if anything, was retained for legal or security reasons.
